歡迎會後，中央高校的173名學生，由禮賓團同學帶領進行校園導覽及文化闖關。此次禮賓晨曦團特意為中央高校設計策劃四個定點導覽及二個文化闖關體驗。其中最具特色的活動之一，為辛園的筷子夾彈珠團康遊戲，在遊戲中運用了與韓國不同型制的台式筷子，希望藉此體驗文化差異；在體育組前的馬賽克牆駐足，欣賞本校哲學大師史作檉老師深富哲理意境的藝術作品。除此之外，還有音樂班前的校徽廣場、新民樓前的小斜坡，都可說是來訪友校極為讚賞的竹中網美景點，讓韓國學生留下許多竹中校園的回憶。
中午用餐時刻，由高一二各班接待同學陪伴韓國學生，享用美食的同時，也交流台韓的校園生活。下午則安排入班學習活動，有的班級進行台韓學生同台表演的Gangnam style，氣氛熱鬧活潑；有的班級選擇英文交流活動，透過事前的準備規劃，彼此分享對台灣和韓國文化的理解，以拓展國際視野。
下午二點參訪活動結束，在校門口大合照，為這次的交流活動畫下完美的句號。此行韓國中央高校來訪雖然短暫，但從所有參與交流活動師生的滿滿笑容，相信這是一場極為成功的交流，大家依依不捨揮手道別，彼此相約，期待下次再相聚。（203沈翼整理，羅素芬老師指導）
Korean Students Visit Hsinchu High School for Cultural Exchange
On the morning of Wednesday, October 23, Principal Lee Yong-kyun led a delegation of 179 teachers and students from Choong Ang High School in Korea on a visit to Hsinchu High School. This marks the first international school visit to Hsinchu High School since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. During the welcoming ceremony, five students from Hsinchu High School were awarded for their outstanding performance in an Asia-Pacific English Essay Contest.
The ceremony began with speeches from the principals of both schools. They encouraged the Taiwanese and Korean students in attendance to make the most of this opportunity for cultural exchange and interaction, urging them to broaden their horizons. A Korean student representative then took the stage, impressing the audience with a fluent English presentation about life at Korea Choong Ang High School and its picturesque campus. The ceremony continued with a lively dance performance by Hsinchu High School’s dance club, energizing the atmosphere and showcasing the school’s commitment to both academic and extracurricular excellence.
Following the ceremony, a group of 172 students from Korea Choong Ang High School, accompanied by Hsinchu High School’s reception team, embarked on a campus tour and participated in cultural activities. The hosting team had organized four themed stops and two cultural experiences specifically designed for the visitors. A highlight of the tour was a traditional marble-picking game in Xin Garden, where students used Taiwanese-style chopsticks, offering a unique experience and highlighting a cultural difference between the two countries.
At the mosaic wall outside the Physical Education Department, students paused to appreciate a philosophical work by Professor Shi Zuocheng, renowned for its profound insights. Other popular spots on campus, such as the emblem plaza in front of the music building and the small slope near Xinmin Hall, were admired as must-visit photo locations, allowing the Korean students to capture memorable moments of their visit.
During lunch, first- and second-year students from Hsinchu High School hosted their Korean counterparts, enjoying a meal together while exchanging insights into school life in Taiwan and Korea. In the afternoon, students engaged in various in-class learning activities. Some classes performed “Gangnam Style” together, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere, while others held English-language exchange sessions. These activities, carefully planned in advance, allowed students to share their perspectives on Taiwanese and Korean cultures, fostering a sense of international awareness.
